EUROPEAN SCHOOL SPORT DAY

U kampanji #BeActive smatramo da svako školsko dijete može biti aktivno u sportu i igri. Kako bi bilo da svaka škola u Europi posveti jedan dan slavljenju sporta? Bi li to pridonijelo početku zdravijeg života učenika? Naš je odgovor DA. Pridružite nam se.

Zašto? Činjenice

Mnoga istraživanja u sklopu kampanje #Being active pokazuju da aktivnim načinom života učenici postaju zdraviji i da bolje uče. Uz zabavu i zajedničke sportske aktivnosti poboljšava se i školski duh.

Pet glavnih razloga za pridruživanje ESSD-u

Podizanje profila tjelesnog odgoja i sporta u školama

Stvaranje zabavnih i zanimljivih fizičkih aktivnosti za mlade

Promicanje zdravlja i dobre forme kroz cjeloživotno učenje

Poticanje uključenosti u društvo i razvoj društvenih kompetencija među učenicima

Povezivanje s drugim europskim zemljama

Po čemu je taj dan „službeni ESSD”?

Kao što je opisano u sklopu kampanje #BeActive, toga dana učenici škole moraju biti tjelesno aktivni najmanje 120 minuta.
Učenici moraju prohodati ili pretrčati udaljenost jednaku broju dana u tekućoj godini (npr. 2019 metara u 2019.).
Trčanje, skakanje, poskakivanje, plesanje: računaju se sve vrste fizičke aktivnosti.
